New! Visible Silicon Hybrid Sensors – Si TOCONs

We now have a line of visible hybrid photodiodes that have unique capabilities.  Our Silicon TOCONs, derived from our successful UV TOCON line, provide amplified 0 – 5 V output over an extremely large sensitivity range.  Devices are sensitive from picowatt/cm2 to Watts/cm2.  Important for system designers is the ability to select the sensitivity range that matches your requirements, and take advantage of the resulting 0-5 V output over your chosen range.  This results in greatly simplified front end electronics.
